There
was a day long ago when a little boy with a bowl haircut made his first steps
toward creating art. His medium was a green crayon, his canvas a wood panel
wall. He proudly made scribbles and squiggles but the critics shunned his
work and sent him to the corner. The boy knew he had stumbled onto something
he truly loved (drawing, not the corner.)
Its a few years later and I still love to draw. The bowl haircut has been
replaced with a clean-shaven head and the crayon with technical pens, Wacom
tablets and a host of design programs.
